The Rainbow Place pre-school in Edgartown staged its 13th annual June Jamboree on June 7 at the Old Whaling Church.

The students performed six pieces: The Name of the Tree, an adaptation of a Bantu tale; The Elephant’s Child; Five Elephants; The Long Nosed Pig, an adaptation of Keith Faulkner’s book; Five Piggies, and The Three Little Pigs.

All of the playlets featured inventive and colorful costumes depicting various animals.
