To the Editor:
I was headed to visit my sister in Rhode Island last Friday afternoon and found myself stuck in a traffic backup at the Bourne Rotary. It took more than 20 minutes to travel nine-tenths of a mile.
It made me think of the Vineyard in a roundabout way.
