To the Editor:
I have just returned from a session in Dukes County Small Claims Court. I anticipated a stressful, mechanistic experience. Fortunately, it was anything but that.
I appreciate that the procedures were explained beforehand, that the preliminaries were informal, and that a real effort was made to reduce any tensions. I would like to extend my appreciation to all those whose efforts made this work. Thank you.
