Sandra Paim and Julian Borges of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of their son, Kelson Julian Paim Borges, on February 14 at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Kelson weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces, and he is welcomed by his big sister Kiandra.
