The Martha’s Vineyard Film Center is accepting submissions from Island artists to fill the Feldman Family Artspace. Anyone interested in exhibiting their work should submit a letter of intent, a resume and/or bio, and examples of their work via email to Paul Brissette: pbrissette705@gmail.com. The deadline for submissions is March 15, and a committee will jury submissions by March 18.

Eight artists and two alternates will be selected. Those selected will be drawn from a lottery to determine which dates their artwork will be shown throughout the year. Artists will hang their own work under the supervision of a committee member, and the works will remain on display for up to three months at a time.

Anyone wishing to purchase art will contact the artist directly. The Film Society asks for a 15 percent donation for any works sold on exhibit.

Applications can be downloaded via the Film Center’s Facebook page at facebook.com/mvfilm.
