On Sunday, Sept. 21, Rising Tide Therapeutic Equestrian Center, based in West Tisbury, took nine riders and two horses to the Equestrian Special Olympics at Smithfield Farm in Falmouth. All riders earned ribbons and medals. This is the second year Rising Tide has participated in the event.
