Ladi Navratil of Edgartown won the Martha’s Vineyard Rod and Gun large caliber pistol championship Saturday by scoring 330 points out of a possible 350 points shooting a Smith and Wesson Model 66 .357.
In the small caliber competition, Riley Craig, 14, became the youngest champion ever with a score of 310 points shooting a Ruger Mk II .22.
Participants fired 35 rounds at ranges from 7 to 45 feet from standing and kneeling positions while timed and using open sights.
