This month the CLAMS library network became one of the first networks in the state to provide library cardholders with access to the Commonwealth eBook Collection, a new resource that will provide e-books

and other digital content to libraries statewide. The service has been developed by the Massachusetts Library System (MLS) in partnership with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners and local

libraries, funded in part by the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. The collection includes e-books and other media from library partners BiblioLabs, Proquest EBL, and Baker & Taylor. These

resources are available to CLAMS cardholders from all six island libraries. For more information, contact your local library or visit vhlibrary.org/econtent.shtml.
