Open enrollment for Health insurance begins on Nov. 1 and will run through Jan. 31, 2016. During open enrollment, anyone can get access to health insurance, particularly people who do not have coverage.
Massachusetts Health Connector has improved its online application system and has expanded its customer service operations to make it easier for residents who do not have coverage to sign up for health insurance.
Vineyard Health Care Access is a certified Navigator agency, prepared to help people who need health insurance sign up for coverage during Open Enrollment.
On Friday, Oct. 23, at 12:30 pm, Rep. Timothy Madden, Sarah Kuh (director of Vineyard Health Care Access), and Ashley Hague (deputy executive director for strategy and external affairs at the Massachusetts Health Connector) will hold a press conference at the Dukes County Building at the airport, to discuss plans for open enrollment.
