Island gymnasts Molly Crawford and Ariana Edelman met and trained in a clinic with Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman Sunday at South Shore Gymnastics Academy in Rockland.
The girls raised money for the Melanoma Research Foundation and Unite for HER. Molly was the top fundraiser at $6,030, and and Ariana at $1,280. The event raised $50,000 total. The top 30 fundraisers got to participate in the clinic with Ms. Raisman, who was the captain of the U.S. women’s gymnastics team at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
