Edgartown’s Alina Wen took first-place honors in the U-1500 singles table tennis competition held in Waltham on May 1. She also finished second in the U-1800 event, winning trophies for both May Open events sponsored by the Massachusetts Table Tennis and Badminton Club. Wen is a member of the Martha’s Vineyard Table Tennis Club (mvtabletennis.com).
