The seventh annual Best Fest brought the noise to downtown Oak Bluffs on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 10. The annual parade by the Extraordinary Rendition Band, a 20-piece marching band from Providence, R.I., took over Circuit Avenue with beating drums and blaring horns for nearly an hour. Afterward, the music continued at the Ritz, with the instrumental surf band the Hammerheads, the rock duo the Taxidermists, and a set by Wizard Castle.
