Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 10:30 am to 12 pm, writer Moira Silva will lead a four-week Memoir Writing Workshop at the West Tisbury library. According to a press release, in this supportive writing community, you’ll begin transforming your life experiences into your memoirs. Participants will be inspired when reading exemplary essays, responding to intriguing prompts, and engaging in rich discussions.
By the end of the series, you will achieve a renewed passion for writing. The workshops will meet on November Wednesdays at 10:30 am: Nov. 1, 8, 15, and 29.
All ages and experience levels are welcome. Participants must commit to all four sessions. Sign-up is required, so please contact the library to reserve your space. This series is free and open to the public.
