Spring marks the celebration of a Wampanoag New Year, and on Sunday, April 8, the community is celebrating at the Aquinnah Town Hall. Gather at 5 pm for a social-style dinner, followed by shopping, raffles, and music. There’s a $20 suggested donation at the door, which will benefit the Aquinnah Cultural Center. The party is public and welcomes all, so ring in spring up-Island. The town hall is located at 953-55-57 State Road in Aquinnah.
