With sadness, Julie and Thadius (Zeb) wish to inform family and friends that their father, Ralph “Little Man” Devine Jr., died quite unexpectedly on Feb. 17, 2018, in Aspen, Colo. There will be a celebration of life held on Sunday, April 15, at 2 pm at the Portuguese-American Club located at 137 Vineyard Avenue, Oak Bluffs. Additionally there will be a gathering on Saturday, April 28, at 4 pm at the Elks Lodge, located at 510 E Hyman Avenue, Aspen.
