Martha’s Vineyard native and Boston-based attorney Shawn McCormack has been selected for inclusion in the 2018 Massachusetts Super Lawyers rating.
McCormack, an associate at Davis Malm, was selected as a “Rising Star” for his practice in litigation, real estate law, and environmental areas.
According to a press release, Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Rising Stars is a designation of Super Lawyers designed to recognize attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or fewer. Only up to 5 percent of the state’s total lawyer pool is selected for Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
