On Sunday, March 24, from 2 to 4 pm, the West Tisbury library will offer a reception to celebrate “b l u e,” a group art show on display mid-March through mid-April in the upper and lower level display areas of the library. According to a press release, 16 artists were given a prompt: create something new inspired by the word “blue.” This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
The group show will display work by Julie Brand, Molly Glasgow, Andrew Jephcote, Lathrop Keene, James Langlois, Olivia Larsen, Susan Larsen, Lisa Magnarelli, Michelle Manfredi, Olivia Manfredi, Dave Miller, Hillary Noyes-Keene, Charlotte Rooney, Rachel Rooney, Sarah Vail, and Wendy Weldon.
