Oak Bluffs police and fire personnel responded to a crash on County Road near the town’s highway barn Tuesday morning.
At least one person was trapped inside a vehicle in the crash, which occurred at just about 9 am, according to scanner transmissions. At the scene, police would not provide any information about the crash.
Oak Bluffs police, firefighters, and EMS personnel responded to the crash.
Traffic was blocked from going through that stretch of roadway as crews worked to remove the person from the wreckage.
