At the June 24, 1:15 pm game of the Edgartown Bridge Club, 12 tables were in play. First place in the North-South direction went to Dave Donald and Barbara Silk, followed by Sandy and Michael Lindheimer in second, Sally Fitzgerald and Jim Wolfe in third, Bari Boyer and Barbara McLagen in fourth, and Bea Phear and Mollie Whalen in fifth place. In the East-West direction, Audrey Egger and Story Osborne finished first, followed by Barbara Besse and Wink Winkelman in second, Karen Sullivan and Joan Attianesa in third, Duncan and Jocelyn Walton in fourth, and Cyndee Dennehy and Joanne Lachowitz in fifth place.
Seven tables were in play at the June 25, 7 pm game of the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven. First place in the North-South direction went to David Donald and Michel Riel, followed by Deirdre Ling and Ed Russell in second, and John O’Keefe and Andy Jacknain in third. For the East-West pairs, Rachel Alpert and Barbara McLagen finished first, followed by Bea Phear and Mollie Whalen in second, and Barbara Besse and Story Osborne in third place.
And at the June 27, 7 pm game of the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury, 11 pairs competed. Finishing in first place were Barbara Besse and Audrey Egger, followed by Dave Donald and Mollie Whalen in second, Sandy and Michael Lindheimer in third, and Barbara Alleyne and Colleen Morris in fourth place. There will be no game held next Thursday, July 4.
