Dukes County veterans agent Jo Ann Murphy is looking for some help on the Fourth of July.
In an email to The Times, Murphy said she needs assistance putting up the “Avenue of Flags” at 7:30 am and taking them down at 2 pm on Thursday, July 4. “It takes a lot of hands to put the more than 450 flags up in Oak Grove Cemetery” in Vineyard Haven, she wrote.
