LDa Architecture and Interiors of Cambridge MA, the designers of Scott’s Grove neighborhood of 9, permanently affordable apartments in West Tisbury, has just announced that the project won a 2019 merit award from the Builders Choice and Custom Home Design Awards.
According to a press release, Island Housing Trust collaborated with LDa on this unique design which made the most of a small parcel of land in a beautiful rural setting. Twenty year-round Island residents enjoy living in Scott’s Grove in light filled, energy efficient spaces, surrounded by woods, in buildings connected by boardwalks. Island Housing Trust is proud to have been part of building this award winning community.
