Update
The Steamship Authority experienced technical problems with its website Friday evening, according to an alert issued on Twitter.
“Our website is currently unable to book reservations or check space availability. We are investigating the issue and will issue an update ASAP,” the tweet states. “If you have an immediate need to book a reservation, please visit one of our terminals. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
As of 7:40pm, the SSA said the problem has been fixed.
