Noepe at Featherstone welcomes several writers with Island connections for this Writers in Conversation series. Participants are invited to be a part of these intimate virtual conversations between two writers and Noepe at Featherstone. What they’ll talk about is up to them, according to a press release, but it will likely include “new work, old habits, ideas about craft, and what writing during the pandemic has been like for them.” There will also be time for participants to ask questions and share thoughts.

Join Noepe founder, poet, and artist Justen Ahren and poet, teacher of poetry, and artist Fan Ogilvie on Thursday, Dec. 3. On Thursday, Dec. 10,  join awardwinning poet and Boylston Professor of Rhetoric and Oratory at Harvard University, Jorie Graham, with award-winning, internationally bestselling author and director of the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas in Austin, Bret Anthony Johnston. Finally, on Thursday, Dec. 17, join poet and awardwinning debut author Jennifer Smith Turner and awardwinning debut author Alice Early.

All events are scheduled from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, are free and open to all, and will take place via Zoom. Participants can RSVP by emailing noepe@featherstoneart.org for link information.
