The first baby of 2021 was born on Saturday, Jan. 2, at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.

Abe Harold Courtney was born at 4:47 am on Jan. 2. He weighed 8 pounds, 9.7 ounces. His parents are Cassie Bradley and Patrick Courtney of Chilmark.
