Edgartown District Court Judge Benjamin Barnes amended a jury trial date for Jordan Baptiste to Sept. 22.
Baptiste resigned as Steamship Authority port captain, a position he assumed in April 2019, after being charged with operating under the influence of alcohol by Tisbury Police.
