To the Editor:
I just noticed that the Town of Oak Bluffs (or someone) has cut the wetland grasses and cattails on South Circuit Avenue alongside Farm Pond. I thought the destruction of wetlands was against the law. I know someone was fined for doing the same thing along Sunset Lake a couple of years ago. Who in the town is responsible for this destruction, and what is the town policy on destruction of wetlands?
