Finn Briggs and Abbey Randa Briggs announce the birth of a daughter, Colby Vivian Briggs, on Oct. 17, 2019, at Massachusetts General Hospital. Colby weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce. She is welcomed by her grandparents Lewis and Meg Randa of Duxbury, and Mary Vivian and Kirk Briggs of Tisbury.
