Robbery interrupted at Tisbury home
Tisbury police are investigating a robbery at a house on Lake Street, interrupted when an adult babysitter returned to the house on Wednesday, November 30.
Detective Mark Santon said the suspect ran out a rear door when the babysitter entered the house, dropping a laptop computer in the back yard of 150 Lake Street.
Police said other electronics and $2,000 in cash is missing. The house was ransacked.
Det. Santon said police do not have a good description of the suspect, but they have several leads.
