To the Editor:
What traffic? I go there for lunch almost every day, and though there is increased traffic, it has never been a problem like the Triangle, near the Edgartown Post Office, where there might be 75 cars backed up along the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road and 75 cars backed up along the Edgartown-Oak Bluffs Road — all because of the Stop & Shop.
Nobody seems to want the Stop & Shop sent to the MVC. How about the Chappy Ferry traffic line, which requires a police officer. No one seems to be asking for the Chappy Ferry to go to the MVC.
How about about a little patience, Mr. Hayes?
