MV Savings awards three grants

The Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank Charitable Fund, a donor-advised fund with the Permanent Endowment for Martha’s Vineyard, announced the award of three grants totaling $3,500 to the Martha’s Vineyard Center for Dispute Resolution, the Falmouth Forum, and the Vineyard Energy Project.

“We are proud to support these fine local nonprofit organizations as they undertake wonderful projects and programs that benefit the people of our communities.” Chris Wells, Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank’s president, said in a press release.

The Charitable Fund is the Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank’s primary source for providing philanthropic support for nonprofit and community service organizations operating throughout the local area. Requests for support are reviewed quarterly.
