At 2 pm, Wednesday, Up-Island police, fire rescue and emergency medical personnel responded to a report of a vehicle rollover on State Road at the Chilmark-Aquinnah town line. Initial reports said one person was trapped inside the vehicle.
According to Chilmark police chief Brian Cioffi, the female operator of a black Honda CRV was transferred to Martha’s Vineyard hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No charges are expected.
