West Tisbury police are investigating break-ins at Leona’s Pet Supply and Fiddlehead Farm. The robberies occurred sometime between the close of business on Tuesday and early Wednesday morning, according to police. Cash registers at both businesses were stolen and scales were also taken from Fiddlehead Farm.

Police responded to a call at Little Leona’s Pet Supply at 6:20 am, Wednesday. A small crank-style window was apparently the point of entry for the thieves, police said.

Leona’s Pet Supply is located at 126 State Road just past the Tisbury-West Tisbury town line.

Fiddlehead Farm is at located at 632 State Rd, about two miles up the road in North Tisbury. At 8:05 am, police responded to a call from Fiddlehead Farm, where thieves apparently entered the building through an unlocked door.
