To the Editor:
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the Red Stocking Fund and all who participate in making it happen. I recently started foster care for three young children, ages 5, 8, and 10. As these children needed school clothes and coats, and many other things my husband, daughters, and I provided, I was a little hesitant to buy too much for Christmas as our work season is tough in the winter months. So I filled out an application for Red Stocking and listed a few Items, never expecting to get what I requested and surprisingly they fulfilled every request and more.
Thanks to this organization these children will have a blessed Christmas. I will always support this organization now that I am aware of the extent to which they go to to fulfill a child’s Christmas. Thank you again to all involved.
