To the Editor:
I would like to thank Mary Claffey, the IT person at the Steamship Authority, for responding to my recent Letter to the Editor (July 16, “SSA Wi-Fi is a sham”). The paper came out Thursday, and by Thursday 10 am Mary had called to discuss my problems with the Wi-Fi service. I now have a better understanding of the Wi-Fi service on the boats, and appreciate her efforts to reach out to me.
