The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation is now accepting inquiries for its 2016 Substance Abuse grant cycle through the foundation’s online grants portal. Organizations located in Barnstable, Dukes, Essex, or Nantucket Counties in Massachusetts working to prevent or alleviate substance abuse among children, adolescents, or young adults (to age 26) are invited to apply. To meet the submission deadline, applicants should create an online account no later than Sept. 4, 2015, and submit a preliminary grant request no later than Sept. 9, 2015.
