There will be two legal clinics in the coming weeks at the Tisbury Senior Center. The first clinic is on Monday, Sept. 21, 5:30 to 6:30pm. The topic is “Who Do I Call?” According to a press release, in this seminar, elder law attorney Arthur Bergeron will be joined by representatives from the Tisbury Senior Center and Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands to discuss the programs they offer and how to access them.
The second clinic is on Monday, Nov. 23, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The topic is “Making the Best of a Bad Situation.” Elder law attorney Arthur Bergeron will explain how, should you need nursing home care, you can qualify for MassHealth, and help you decide whether that’s the right choice.
