On Oct. 29th, 29 students and five chaperones attended an open rehearsal of the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Symphony Hall. The students were from a cross-section of performing arts classes, including band, orchestra, chorus, and theory.
One of the many highlights of the day, according to an email to the Times, was the opportunity for the students to say a quick hello to conductor and violinist Pinchas Zukerman, who exited his limousine as the Vineyarders disembarked from their “limo” (which looked a lot like a big yellow school bus).
