To the Editor:
Please spread the word about this excruciatingly sad story: Indonesia, across its 3,200-mile length, is on fire, and thousands of endangered species are losing their habitat, or their lives (theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/oct/30/indonesia-fires-disaster-21st-century-world-media). We send troops in for oil; I certainly think that saving this precious wildlife is at the top of any list, and enormously more important! What can we do about this?
