I received my questionnaire in the mail, and have promptly returned it. I urge all my fellow seniors to please fill it out. The questions are relevant, and very specific to us seniors on the Vineyard. Your answers will provide needed information for services and programs to the Healthy Aging Task Force, so fill it out and mail it in today. It only takes a few minutes of your time.
