Elizabeth Francis and Ramon Espino of Edgartown announced the birth of a daughter, Isabella Suarez Francis-Espino, on Dec. 11, 2015, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Isabella weighed 6 pounds, and 1.2 ounces.
