At the Edgartown Bridge Club on March 14, seven pairs competed. Finishing in first place were Kevin Carey and Carolyn Flynn, followed by Julia Burgess and Barbara Alleyne in second, and Dave Donald and Barbara Silk in third.
At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven on March 15, two teams competed in a head-to-head match. Finishing in first place was the team including Bea Phear and Cecily Greenaway, and Ency and Robert Fokos.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on March 17, five pairs competed. First place went to Sandy and Michael Lindheimer, followed by Dan and Nancy Cabot in second.
