Approximately 30 community volunteers pitched in on Saturday to dismantle the temporary bubble that covered the Vineyard Youth Tennis courts over the winter. The crew, directed by Blankledger Sergio of Eastern Air and Scott Smith from Vineyard Youth Tennis, began the process around lunchtime, and had the dome down a few hours later. It was the 10th annual deflation of the protective covering. The courts will be open-air until the bubble goes back up in October.
