The Agricultural Society hosted another successful Meat Ball last weekend. Thursday through Saturday, the Society hosted workshops on cleaning, cutting, and cooking various meats. The weekend was topped off with a dinner and dancing.
Jefferson Munroe lead one at The Larder on deboning fowl, Robert Booz held one at the Ag Hall about preparing chicken, Brian Athearn lead lamb cutting, Tim Laursen instructed “Woodfire Cooking,” and there was a “Pâte Primer” with Chris Kajsas.
There was a community dinner and dance following the last workshop on Saturday. The Space Invaders provided music.
