The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School boys tennis team won 5-0 against Bishop Stang on Friday, bringing their record to 7-1.
Nainoa Cooperrider stepped into the first singles role, as Zach Danz was unavailable to play.
Nainoa Cooperrider defeated Sean Nutter at first singles, 6-1, 6-2. Aksel Cooperrider defeated Colin Dinardo at second singles 6-2, 6-1. Chris Ferry defeated Pat Clark at third singles 6-3, 6-2.
Max Hammond and James Kelliher defeated Ben Rosendes and Jeff Lucarelli at first doubles 4-6, 6-0, 6-3. Spencer Pogue and Owen Favreau defeated Marc Domagols and Nick Perreria at second doubles 6-2, 6-4.
Ferry, Hammond, Kelliher, Pogue, and Favreau all remain undefeated for the season.
