Oak Bluffs real estate agents Susie Wallo and Barbara Twiss are recipients of LEAR Realty Partners’ Individual Agent Emerald award, which is part of their third annual ROAR awards, according to a press release. ROAR stands for Recognizing Our Accomplished Realtors.
The ROAR awards showcase individual agents and teams who have achieved exceptional levels in annual real estate sales and transactions. In addition, 10 special honors are awarded to individuals who go above and beyond for their fellow agents and represent the essence of the LAER brand.
Categories include the Lion of the Year Award, Community Impact Award, Assistant of the Year Award, Partner of the Year Award, and the Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, and Pearl awards. The awards are presented to individual agents, teams of three agents or fewer, and teams of four agents or more.
The Individual Agent Emerald award is presented to agents who have sold between $4 million and $7.99 million in annual real estate sales, or have completed between 20 and 34 transaction sides.
