The Tisbury Town Hall will host another spooky Halloween day celebration on Oct. 31 from 4:30 to 7 pm, according to a press release. Kids and families are encouraged to dress in their favorite costumes and enjoy a number of Halloween activities and fun for all ages. This event is free and open to the public.
