Falmouth Academy junior Devin Hill of Edgartown was voted as the Cape and Islands League MVP for the 2018–19 season. This marks the fifth consecutive year a Falmouth Academy girls basketball player has claimed the honor.
Devin led the Mariners to a 13-7 record, averaging 19.4 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals per game. The Mariners lost in the sectional quarterfinals to defending state champions Coyle and Cassidy.
