Here is a heads-up to your readers, who may not yet know about the new up-Island eatery, Bush-to-Table. A sampling of the menu, which is being finalized, follows:

Main dishes: Kung Pao Tickin, Tick Cheeks, Leg of Tick with Babesiosis Sauce, Tickee Platter, Pulled Tick on Bum, Fingerlichiosis, Bistick Medallions, Shastick, Ticks on Toilette, Lone Star BBQ Back Ticks with Lyme Sauce.
