The West Tisbury transfer station has reopened after repair work was finished at the facility. The $48,444 job was completed Monday by contractor Plan B Construction, according to town administrator Jennifer Rand. The transfer station opened to the public Tuesday. The work included shoring up a retaining wall and installing railings.
