In my role as golf buddy, I wrote this poem to capture the moment.
“That may be good
It is going, going
In, In INNNNNN”
Proudly proclaimed
With bluster and pride
Even before it plopped
Disappearing out of sight
Into the little hole
Reserved only for the bold
Without a hint of humility
No one will escape
Hearing here and afar
Repeatedly, repeatedly
As the Doc shouts
“I CALLED IT
HOLE IN ONE”
Congratulations!!! its not everyday you hear this…. Atta boy!! 🙂
